Their workshops help develop skills, strategies and motivation to achieve resilience, confidence and the ability to create instant and long-lasting happiness.
Aim: Students will gain knowledge, skills and techniques to maintain optimal wellbeing in their personal and school life. We unlock each key stage in a step-by-step program to create the potential for limitless success and happiness.
Six Stages of Success
STATE: Apply techniques to control your state no matter the circumstance. Develop skills and understanding to build positive behaviours through physiology and psychology.
SELF: Replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones and a vision for success. Create a driving force for motivation.
STRENGTH: Practice the resilience challenge activities to build courage and confidence. Develop strategies to bounce back after setbacks by failing forward and modelling the behaviour of successful role models. Define the behaviours, language and physiology of a student with a growth mindset.
SHINE: Gain simple tools to increase gratitude and apply it to your own life. Extract ways that you can use gratitude to motivate yourself for success.
SUSTAIN: Increased capability to improve diet through lower consumption of sugar and greater consumption of water and a variety of coloured foods. Expand knowledge of eating to improve moods for various reasons such as increased focus before exams, eating certain foods to stabilise mood.
STRIKE: Develop your ‘HOW’ and create your massive action plan for achieving goals. Create your own success journal. Create your own personal code of conduct.
